For more than 60 years, Arbitron has been a leader in radio and television research. Arbitron collects the media choices of adults, teenagers and children listening to radio or watching TV across the U.S. The results—called ratings—are used by broadcasters to learn more about what people are listening to or watching so they can make programming decisions for their stations based on this information.
