APPLICATIONS & FILE FORMATS
- Quark or Indesign ad files must have all links and fonts supplied.
- Illustrator ad files should include outlined fonts so that fonts do not need to be supplied; if linked files are not imbedded, they should be supplied.
- Photoshop ad files should include any layered Photoshop files in case there are changes.
- Low-res PDF should accompany application files to serve as a visual of the correct final version.
- Ads built in other applications such as Pagemaker, Corel Draw or Publisher should be supplied as PDF’s.
- PDF’s supplied should be hi-res, CMYK versions and have fonts imbedded.
SHIPPING METHODS
- Large PDFs over 6 MB can be sent to the DIVERSITY EMPLOYERS (former BLACK COLLEGIAN) FTP site.
- Final PDFs under 6 MB can be sent as email attachment to: Michelle Ancar or call 504-598-3357.
