TAHLEQUAH, Okla. (AP) _ The Cherokee Nation is planning to host a regional job fair featuring nearly a dozen vendors later this month.
The fair will be April 15 at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa.
Jobs available with Cherokee Nation Businesses include gaming, hotel, and food and beverage positions. Other participating job vendors include PENTA Building Group, Coffee.org, Trinity Rail, Custom Seating and others.
The fair is open to the public, but Cherokee citizens will be given preference, and all applicants must be 18 or older.
The tribe says attendees should be prepared for spot-interviews and should bring their tribal documentation, social security card and an updated resume.
