Sporting a New Redesign with a Steady Diet of Thought Leadership and Solutions for Enterprising Hispanics
WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y., April 14, 2015 — Latin Business Today, LLC, announces the launch of its revamped online business publication, Latin Business Today (LBT). Officially launched in 2012, the niche business magazine caters to the unique informational and mentorship needs of the U.S. Latino business community.
The publication has been retooled to provide an optimal user experience for the nation’s 3+ million Latino business owners. Four new channels coupled with an enhanced search capability have been implemented to better serve and engage readers. Latin Business Today’s blend of practical business insights and solutions will be easier to find. The publication’s high caliber coaches, who contribute their time and expertise via thought leadership posts and community mentoring, has also been expanded.
“Launching this business, together with Miriam Vializ Briggs, has been an incredible and sentimental journey,” says Barry Mittelman, publisher, Latin Business Today. “Our emphasis on mentoring and empowerment was inspired by the life’s work of my late father in law, Dr. Les “Coach” Fernandez. Coach was the founder and executive director of EduCage, a ground-breaking alternative educational program for at-risk youth established in Westchester County, New York, in the 1960s. Latin Business Today is dedicated to his memory and the lives he changed.”
To gain an understanding of the challenges confronting today’s Latino entrepreneurs and professionals, Mittelman drew wisdom, expertise and direction from global sources, including an elite board of advisors and contributors.
“Our redesign was created to better serve Latinos in various stages of the business lifecycle and their work- life balance,” said Tina Trevino, Director of Community Relations, Latin Business Today. “In keeping with Coach’s legacy, with the guidance of the Fernandez family, our mission remains steadfast to Inform, Inspire, Mentor and Empower 21st century Latino business owners and professionals,” added Trevino.
Latin Business Today hosts an array of content that spans all major industries, relevant subject areas, as well as featuring best practices and case studies from Hispanic innovators and achievers.
Additional Latin Business Today Highlights:
