Institutional Research/Information Technology Analyst
Research and Planning Department
Starting Salary Range: $5,468.73 – $6,662.01 per month

Primary Function: Responsible for performing activities in support of a comprehensive institutional research program and the Title III/Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) grant which includes creating, managing, administering, and maintaining research databases on Institutional Research and Planning’s dedicated data warehouse server; designing, conducting, writing and presenting College-wide research and evaluation studies; providing information and research for planning and evidence-based decision-making; and supporting long-range planning functions, institutional effectiveness processes and assessment of student learning outcomes through collaboration, research and evaluation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience: Two years of full-time equivalent experience in institutional research and planning, or a similar research environment, applying statistical and research methods to educational and/or social research, preferably in a higher education setting.

• Education: Equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in social science research, information science, economics, educational administration, business administration, organizational analysis, or another research-oriented specialization.

Only coursework completed at, and degrees awarded by, accredited institutions recognized by the U.S. Department of Education will be considered as satisfying the minimum qualifications.
